Finally the bitch is down.  She should seriously have been down 2 weeks ago when we got to phase 3 with everyone up but in a lot of people’s wisdom, they had their spell detail on low

We were having problems with phase 2, like everyone does and we finally got the right balance.

Well done to everyone who turned up and made this kill possible.

As promised, damage/healing meters.

We tried out Leo two weeks ago, but just didn’t have the FR on the warlock tank to make it past a single transition.  Last week, we were running behind schedule and this week we made up enough time to get in some solid attempts, not to mention a kill!

I have to feel sorry for tanks and healers when it comes to inner demons.  It took Android 2 nights to kill his inner demon, but he finally got there!  We had to sub out Juli for this as he just couldn’t kill his inner demon and had no damage gear.  Sorry dude!  As promised, you are in the screen shot!

Didn’t have any damage meters for this fight  In the excitement, I forgot to take SS of them.  Well done guys.  Next we’ll be attempting killing A’lar. 

I told you that there would be an update sooner rather than later, and for good reason.  Depth has killed Fathom Lord only 24 hours later than our first Tidewalker kill.

Depth is cursed with getting Hunter/Mage/Warlock loot (well I’m a warlock so I don’t think we’re cursed!).  A big grats to myself (lol) and Aznostic for the first Tier 5 pants in the guild.

DIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE 

After a night of botched attempts thanks to Blizzard shutting down Blackrock during our peak raid time and resetting all the trash, we went in last night and killed Morogrim.  We have been having some issues on Hydross in the randomness of some of it at times and tonight was clean enough that we had enough time to head to Morogrim which I expected we would have done Monday, not Sunday.  We pretty much had the feel of the fight from last Monday, so tonight we went in and progressively got better until it was down!

Fat bastard is dead and Dr. Evil is not happy.

Next we’re on to Fathom Lord to get some Tier 5.  More from us soon.

Damage Meters and Healing Meters from the fight are below.  This fight can suck for DPS.  Watery grave = out of action for a while.  One of our healers (Oakshana) also had connection problems on the fight.

We have made pretty good progress this week.  We got Mag, Gruul and Void Reaver down on the first night.  Hydross down on the second night and this opened up Lurker for us.  We spent all Sunday night on Lurker.  Every attempt someone fucked up I’m sure (even myself).  The best we could do Sunday night was a 1% wipe QQ.  We came back tonight (Monday) and smashed it first go.  Good job guys!  We’re now working on Tidwalker and hope to have that down next week.

Grats to Facesmasher who is now a DPS warrior (taking a break from main tanking).  His DPS gear isn’t awesome and he did fantastic on the damage meters.  Some were not so fortunate and died.  Always next kill!

Due to requests, I’m posting the healing meter as well although I think it means absolute shit, but anyway, here it is:

Poor Aeroes out-healed by a shadow priest!  Nah he died early.  Such a noob. 

This was probably one of the most frustrating bosses Depth has encountered since C’Thun.  As per usual, one fuck up and you can pretty much wipe the raid, and by this I mean, pulling aggro.  We even had such fun shit happening as the hunter misdirecting to his pet on start up (I dunno, Valdriel is special ok!).

In reality, this guy should of been down last week.  We had 2x 8% wipes but as per usual, poor attendance and shit class balance bent us over and fucked us up the ass like fresh meat in a prison full of Queen fans.  Recently however, we invited a bunch of guys from Ascendancy which helped us achieve what we should of done a week ago. 

We finally killed Hydross.

Now that everyone can get into Tier 5 instances without attunements (geez thanks a bunch Blizzard), we’ll be heading in to kill Voidreaver which I hope is as easy as they say.  We did have one go the other night right on early maintenance shutdown, and it looked straight forward enough.
